There are two items on my LexisNexis report and I need help with trying to get them removed.

1. I was out of state in a rental car stopped behind a motorcycle at a toll booth EZ pass lane. A scam artist driver decided to accuse me of hitting him when I was several feet away. He went to another lane and asked the booth attendant to call the police. The state trooper couldn't get the guy to say what damages occurred because there were none but by law, he had to give me a ticket because the guy claimed I rear ended him. The trooper told me not to go to court because it would be thrown out.

Luckily, I took pictures and flew back for court because the guy showed with pics he downloaded from the internet of someone's legs that were extremely bruised and burned, and pics of a bike that was severely damaged. The state trooper vouched for me that there was no accident, the photos were of a different type of bike and the guy had no injuries on the date of the "phantom" accident. The judge threw it out and I have it in writing that no accident occurred. Initially, I discussed it with my insurance broker and she advised me not to file a claim for something that didn't happen because my rates would go up. They went up anyway and now I know why. I need to get this removed.

2. A guy pulled out of a parking spot and tried to squeeze in front of me in the space between me and the car in front of me. Needless to say, he didn't make it because there wasn't enough space. There was no damage to my vehicle and again, I was told by my agent not to report. Eventually, the guy went through my insurance but it was determined that I was in an actual lane and had the right away. They did not pay for any damages. Is it possible to have this removed because I didn't file and there was no damage? Even though it's showing as no-fault, I'm still getting dinged.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

get copies of the court papers showing that both tickets were dismissed ,

send them in to LN with a Written dispute that the court records are out of date and they are reporting an incorrect outcome

Thanks ICAN. I will definitely work on doing that for the first situation. It makes sense and I have the court docs in my possession. So, is it the same CMRR type of dispute and do they have 30 days to respond or delete?

The 2nd situation didn't result in court proceedings and I'm wondering if I can even have it removed because I didn't initiate a claim and State Farm didn't pay for anything. Thanks again
