There are many websites but two good ones are mitary.com-go to money then personal finance. Then of course there's gov which the anewest BTW to the disabled veteran is yes it can be discharged based on disability alone and should be more military benefits too. OK now I will give you names of some people who can and will definitely help. First is Holly Petraeus (yes his wife) she runs Consumer Finance Protection Bureau Military Programs. Next is Michael Pasquale atty he helps with vet benefits pro bono. Specializes in those been denied disability or other benefits and also helps get pension and family health care. David Block provides free financial planning and he has charito called Homes for Our Troops which build homes free for injured vets. Also has Financial Independence Training- a non profit. Caroline Ciraolo- tax litigation pro bono. started first US tax court program and also is working in ft Meade to help with taxes. Is now US Justice Dept Acting Asst Atty General in charge of tax division. Other one I know of is similar to another I listed but his name is ding-a-ling Power ret. Army Colonel provides free financial advice and also has program called Homes for our Troops which provides free housing for injured vets. I hope some of this helps if I think of anything else or find more of the papers I had wither this info on it I will let you know.
