I just passed go on my new BOA card.

I didn't even realize Alliant had a promo. I'm sure there are others out there too.

Sometimes there is more to the card than meets the eye like shopping portal specials.

The sign-up bonus for AARP is 4x the Marvel card, but i think for cash-back folks especially those who buy "entertainment" Marvel would still be a better card in the long run.

Wells Fargo Propel World American Express® Credit Card

The card designed to elevate your travels and reward your passion:

Annual Fee: 1st year: None, Subsequent years: $175

0% introductory APR for 1st 12 months.

BT: 3% fee. 0% APR for 1st 12 months.

I would consider a signup bonus like this worth $500 with the AF waived the first year more than ho-hum.

You are correct. Where should it be posted?

You also need to have a current relationship with Wells Fargo to apply.

Wells is/was great. The 5% cards have been ridiculous. And the World Propel AMEX has potential.

Tolerence to huge amounts of M$ on the 5% card, but not anymore.

I never heard a peep from them about my newer accounts or those things called INQ's. They gave me a $5K approval, called the UW same day and raised to $20K. Called CSR upon card receipt and got it raised to $25K. I have utterly abused the crap out of it and only received 1 FA. My wife has an AU card an we literally make identical purchases everywhere we go and never had an issue. The single FA i had was related to adding/subtracting the card from Samsung Pay over and over.

The World Propel AMEX has the potential to get abused if implemented properly. I plan on trying to PC the 5% Cash to the World Propel next month after i sell off this months rewards.

Premieramerica.com

Premier America Credit Union

Premier Privileges Rewards MasterCard

10,000 bonus points with $500 spend in first 3 months

1.5 points per dollar spend

7.5% - 17% Fixed APR

$1k - $50k credit limit

https://www.premieramerica.com/loans/credit-cards

I don't know what the point redemption rates are, or really anything else about this credit union. Just mentioning it as some might be interested in a possible low fixed APR, possible $50k limit card with small Ho-Hum signing bonus.

A $50K card with no AF, no BT fees and a fixed 7.5% APR isn't a bad deal. They probably offer BT promos occasionally as well.

If you are a credit whore enthusiast, I'm betting the limit you'd receive (if you're even approved) would be closer to $1k than $50k.

If you believe in the credit pulls database, someone in 2007 received $6000 with a 686 fico.

I think most of us are hoping to see approvals close to $50K, or at least $35K+.
