All these TVs that cost $2k and up... what are you getting for that price that's makes it stand out?

 

I got a 60" Vizio almost 2 years ago at Walmart for $600. Great picture, great color, smart features, built in Netflix and Hulu.

It's ridiculous for the size of our living room but I want something that big too. The wall dimensions are perfect to center up a huge flowers screen. Then I can drink from my Huge flowers beer cup from Bourbon St. while watching huge marigolds get it on.

That's about right... I just use a sound bar and sub that provides plenty of range for the size room it's in.

Yep.

 

Yes but i would never let my payments stretch for 24 months... I pay on it atleast twice a month so i can pay in full within 6 months. I even got an increase to lower the UTIL on the card.... it works for me since I bought HE washer and dryer and the money i save in water and electricity is the extra i have to pay towards it as well. There is a positive in everything depending how you look at it.

I got a hell of a deal on a 65" 4K @ Sams Club. Was a door buster type of deal. I think each local warehouse got like Qty 5 of the item.

 

Moved the 55" Samsung to the bedroom and put the new one up in the living room.

 

Then had to go out and buy a HarmonKardon 7.1 speaker set along with an Onkyo 1200W network-ready(wifi) 4K/3D pass-through receiver.

 

I believe the Sams card offers 0% on large purchase, in-store.

 

Easy approvals, underwritten by Sync.

 

ETA: Forgot the include the price of the TV - It was $900.

I know the feeling. I bought a 70" rear projection TV in 2006 for about $2100. Lasted till almost 2013 and replaced with a similar sized LCD for under $1K
