Help! HP from pulling my own credit report

I am a member of trans union monitoring service and for some reason this month today the 15th which is my monthly billing day they did a HP for my own credit report. Can I do anything?

 

Says processed 4-15

What in the world? Are you sure this is a hard inquiry?

 

Look at your report, in the section that says "Inquires not shared with others" or "Inquiries only you can see" or something similar.

^ If it's listed there, it's not a Hard Pull.

 

 

If it actually is a Hard Inquiry, I'd give TransUnion a call ASAP.

It's a HP I called TU monitoring. He said it's happened to a lot of people this morning. He said it'll take at least a week to correct itself. The damn thing updates every day. I said if I lock or freeze it will that help and he said "no because we are the bureau it is effecting people with the "lock service" they sell as well.

 

This better not happen every day since it updates like wallet hub. Pissed!

 

And I was gardening too :cry2:

 

Update: It's effecting someone else on MyFico who just uses Wallet Hub and not TU monitoring

I noticed a SP from TU Interactive when I checked the BD last night or the night before. I forget the exact date, but it was recent.

 

 

I've seem more than one thread about unusual HPs, and I think they were all TU. Seems to me that TU might have had a hiccup...
