What is the new 5/24 rule?

 

Chase will auto-decline you if you have opened 5 tradelines over the past 24 months.

 

It's been in effect for all Chase owned cards and now it's going to take effect for their branded cards starting April. Chase has not confirmed this but I apped just to be safe.
