I haven't heard any news, about Cap One. Discover secured, does graduate. Rumor was, they were going to start offering the secured, as an app, not just sometimes offered, if you were declined their unsecured card.

CapOne is going to start taking deposits for secured cards up to $15,000.

Min FICO will be 556.

Cards will be 3.14% cash back on groceries, and 2.23% on all others

Cards will graduate after 9 months assuming FICO'S rise by 16 points in that timeframe.

Where did these numbers come from? I don't get greater than 1.5% on my Quicksilver One, I'm not sure why the lower tiered secured card would get more rewards.

Not to mention I don't even get rewards on my secured card at the moment.

And they will never offer rewards on a secure card
