2.5MM per year? No wonder AmEx shut down BB/Serve :P

You're doing 2-4x the volume that I've seen anyone else discuss. I do in a month what you do in a day (not including signup bonuses).

That's a lot of running around. I take it this more than a hobby for you?

Yea it's almost addictive I just like getting the backs to pay me for spends takes me 2 hours so it's pretty painless. Same route daily so stores know me and give me no slack.

Not many people like to brag or put larger numbers out there.

Not doing for bragging purposes I'm curious to know what's banks limits and what others are successful at not a squeezing a lemon contest

You're brave. I haven't yet tried to M$ but I have a guy come into where I work part time who used to do $5k a day--which, at the time, I thought was a lot. He ended up getting some flack from upper management and beyond about anti-money laundering... I think he explained and they asked him to do it less often, basically. I still see him from time to time, but not nearly as often as I used to.

I do it mainly for bonuses. I have a 2% card coming so may go for some $$$.....My concern is a minimum wage cashier causing management to get involved and creating friction....Simon malls is best because they want the big sales and accommodate you.

The best thing you can do, IMO, is lose the attitude about the employees... Chit chat, small talk, get to know them.. Learn their names.. Be a regular. Don't come across as a shady, arrogant jerk, and I don't think you'll run into a lot of problems. They're not going to care if you get sent packing and spend your money somewhere else, so be nice to them and you'll get a lot further. I've seen it.

Being polite and friendly, not dressing like a scumbag and stuff are all helpful.

That doesn't mean Bandit doesn't have a valid point as well. Target store mgrs that make up their own rules, Staples employees that say anything over $2K is against the federal law, Walmart CSR's that wont accept VGC's when you bought $3K the day prior, Kmart employees that can't figure out split tender and then ask how you're paying and deny you because they're too incompetent to figure it out etc etc etc.

Pretty small time here - just getting my feet wet. Did some M$ when I got my Redbird but stopped when they shut down the cc loads. Now I'm trying to clear my spend for my sign up bonuses with VCGs and MO's. Never had a Serve and don't see the point now that they are getting shut down. I want to expand in 2016.

Work it if you got it.

My job takes all the time and energy I have so when I come home at the end of the day, I don't have much time for it. MS'ing NYC is hard but completely do-able if you can make the time commitment. I did it at the beginning while it was still interesting to me, but repetitive processes that can't be automated become boring to me... so I quit.
