Guys, we do have stickies/pinned threads. We had so many that people complained because they had to scroll through them all and it got really annoying with small screens. So we made them collapsible. You can click the little text link that says "show 378 pinned threads" and they will expand for you to look through them. Then they collapse again once you have read them.

 

I can't believe that now people complain about not having stickies when this time last year people complained about having too many. The master threads are in there, although there are probably some floating around. If you find one and want me to pin it up there, send me the link.

I went there to see juggs' offensive posts, and they made me log in before I could read, but the offensive posts were gone. sigh. I really don't like to log in there - there is a serious loss of privacy IMO, because you have to use the same name you use to see your scores and/or reports. I'm more than a tad paranoid.

Most of those people are beyond help.

 

I was sad to read here that a CB member that contributed a fair amount of good posts drank the Kool Aid and is now a mod over there.

 

MF is like North Korea, isolated from the outside world and reality.

I don't know if you've read my older posts about MF but the forum was started by a CB member who was employed by MF at the time. I haven't seen him around there in a couple of years, so he must have found a better job. He copied everything we had done, and even asked for technical help setting up their forum. That's the main reason for the animosity you hear from us. We don't usually get into "board wars" and would probably shut down discussions of this nature about other boards.

 

Over the years, they have continued to copy what we do. Marv was pretty aggravated when they set up the auto loan approvals topic almost immediately after he set one up here. Not one iota of originality there. Then they copied the HIPAA dispute method without giving WC any kind of credit, when it's obvious that the method was carefully researched and documented by WC.

 

So the "highly ethical" MF forum isn't. The internet has rules, and one of them is, you acknowledge your sources. They don't.
