Ok am trying to clean up my credit report and increase my credit report. My wife and I are trying to buy a house so I need to raise my score. Also I have poor credit but I pay all my bills on time. But I need to free up some more credit, any suggestions who would give me credit w I thought pull a hard report? Thanks

Is there a reason you are trying to avoid a hard pull?

It sounds like inquiries should be the last of your worries. Start reading here and cleaning up your reports.

Every lender I know of will pull your credit report.

Even those payday loan companies that take your car slip as collateral. Which I would NEVER recommend.

What's killing me is high revolving credit

Used credit.

There is only one way to fix that. Pay it down.

Now, there are many ways to get to that end. Cut out fast food, cut or decrease cable/internet, limit the number of 'massages' per month, etc.

You can't just cut out massages! :)

 Reducing utilization takes discipline and nothing more. The results will come.

I've been guilty myself of letting things creep up a bit over the summer and I'm currently paying down a balance on 0%. It can be a slippery slope.
