Needing help with credit repair

So I registered with the board a few years ago and I helped me get somethings off my credit but not all. I was absent from the board while waiting for some items to age and pass SOL. I am now back and need help getting back into the game. I recently was approved for a CLI on my current card and a new card with my bank, BOA. I was recently declined for a Citi DC so I want to clear some things off and try again in a few months. I am in the process of ordering the reports by phone.

 

I want to start off with this item:

This JDB is reporting to EQ and EX. The OC is reporting to TU.

 

 

This one is only reporting to EX. I am not sure if the is JDB or a CA. I disputed this a few years ago and obviously nothing came of it.

 

 

Can anyone help me with a plan of attack?

The duke isn't too much. Sometimes you can pay for deletion. Get it in writing.
