My wife misplaced my Ink Plus. I called Chase yesterday at 2PM to let them know.

They issued me a new card number (actually gave me the option of keeping the old one which didn't seem very smart)

The CSR said they would mail it in 5-7 business days. I just happened to ask if it could be expressed. Sure.

UPS just delivered the new card from Ohio to California at 11AM. 21 hours later.

Must say, very pleased with their service.

Customer service so good it gets a double post!

Just kidding,

I have had exemplary service from Chase so far, mortgage, banking and credit. Nothing bad to say.

:)

My phone doesn't play well with CB. It gives me "You don't have permission" . I hit back, resubmit, and then there was 2.

I also constantly click on peoples profiles that I don't mean to.

Totally understood, I swear people must think I'm stalking.

LOL. For a long time the bottom pinned post was from some guy SoCalFireMedic (who I've never seen post in my time here). I've clicked his profile like 50 times trying to click the newest topic.

Another compliment for Chase's customer service. I only have credit cards through them, but they have been awesome every time I call them.

I've always found Chase's CSRs to be far better than Amex's. Not sure if it's that way with all their cards, but CSP definitely sets a new standard for all other companies.

Even after they shutdown my accounts on three different occasions over the years they still have excellent service.

So Chase = 1/Synchrony

1/Synchrony or -Synchrony ? Not sure if it should be inverse or opposite.

Ha. Sounds like they stab you with a smile.

When you know it is coming it is not a big deal. If you are driving 100mph in a 60mph zone all the time expect to get a ticket.

I sent a secured message to Chase 20 minutes ago, 1:00am early Monday. I was asking if my Freedom could be upgraded to the Visa Signature version now that my credit line meets the $5k minimum, currently at $7.5k from closing my CSP and taking the limit.

I got a message back within 20 minutes that my inquiry was being sent to a specialist for review. No guarantee obviously but impressed with the response time.

Why did you close the CSP? You could have moved most of the limit but PC'd it into a 2nd Freedom.

Honestly I wasn't even thinking about the whole second Freedom thing (although I know it's been done). I was just planning on closing CSP, opening Ink+, and moving my Freedom to the biz online profile so it's still linked with a card to move URs around. I'd rather have the Ink+ long term and not have both cards with $95 AF. I was really just churning the CSP, already marked the calendar to reapply in 2 yrs.....assuming they aren't still being stingy on their main cards.
