student loan help!!!

I am trying to repair my credit and need lots of help. I have student loans that they won't remove even though the accounts have been closed since 2007. They were sold to another company and updated. They are reporting that the accounts were opened in 2010. Not true. Please help

In the mean time are these Federal Student Loans or Private Student Loans? Are you currently defaulted or are they paid off?
