I have finally defeated ERC

Been at war with them for about a year now for an unpaid T-Mobile account . Tried everything in the book and off the book with both ERC and the original creditor T-Mobile . A week ago I got a call from the office of T-Mobile president letting me know that they've sent out an executive order to ERC to delete the collection account and today i checked all 3 credit reports and they're all clean . Thanks you to everyone that gave me advice when I asked .

Is it with ERC ? T-Mobile will try to help you but ERC would do everything in their power not to help you . My advice is go straight to T-Mobile EO . How old is the debt ? You know T-Mobile stopped doing early termination fees so if your balance includes an ETF they will completely take it off your balance .

Not sure how old it is or if it's with ECR, we are guessing about 5-6 yrs. We ordered his reports so we'll know soon. Definitely got ETFs onboard.

They just popped up my credit report as well today for the same alleged creditor. So angry, my score dropped 25 points I honestly almost cried, any assistance would be great!
