the real way to get a bk deleted early

While reading please keep in mind this is being typed from a cell phone.

The process is rather simple..

Freeze lexis nexus immediately

Even if your are filing bk freeze them it may Never hit your reports although the IIB accounts will

this worked for my brother

There has been some debate about getting address associated with it deleted. .mine was still there

lexis can be irritable about freezes so make sure you cite a data breach anthem is an outstanding one for now

as soon as lexis is frozen and pin is obtained dispute it with CRA'S

If lexis claims you need to upload documentation to freeze report your debit card lost something as small as proof of this works

A 1 month old idea may not survive the long run and we would really be guinea pigs, but over a longer time period we can see what problems people faced, how they overcame those, and how long the PR stayed off. For example, in one of the older posts (2005? 2012?) a poster had LN frozen, but EQ or EX was still verifying the info. The posters at the time knew the info had to be coming from LN, but the CRA's would just say the court verified. Several of those posters had to file suit before they got their PR off.

If someone has a legit bk and is filing suit to force the CRA's to remove it based on LN being frozen is a recipe for disaster.
