Go to the CRA website, click on "new dispute" put in the data of your report ID # etc. Do not worry about checking permission to get the results on line as you WILL NOT be actually entering a new dispute.

 

This will bring up your current report.

So I recently have been contacted by a collection agency about resolving some accounts that they have. How would I go about handling them without "owning the debt". They call my husbands place of employment and I told him to tell his supervisor that he no longer can get call there. Any advice? This is one I would like to dispute eventually too. They have the judgement on us as well and I know I have to handle that separately from all other medical. Thanks in advance.

I can't help with non medical accounts at the same time as I am helping with medical accounts.

If you are dealing with a non medical collection account for your husband where you believe there is a recorded judgment take a look at the delete judgment program.

They have medical accounts and a judgement (for other medical). Just looking for advice to deal with them for medical. I know the judgement has to be dealt with afterwards.

If you send the CA that called your husband's place of business the medical DV, it contains a total cease and desist.

Where are you on the medical accounts in the HIPAA program??

That's the thing, I have to get started. Do I just ignore them until I get the letters out to start the process?
