Just checked backdoor, all my softs from SC and TUP were removed before 02/17/15, been pulling from around the 9th

exactly.

R* is really just TU C*.

they get rid of all those softs that were suppressing the hards

so they show back up.

you keep pulling and they go away again very quickly.

So TU acutally does do C* just not as often as EQ.

They need to update that bit of info in the Master Thread.

It would suck to get a R* in the middle of a mortgage app and all these INQ show back up with the final mortgage pull before closing.

We might want to avoid using the C-word for this.

Perhaps name this kind of TU event something else, so as not to panic people?

Go the Chugs route and call it Flushing? F*? I got Effed this morning?

I started pulling SC and Ccmp both on Jan.2nd

TU went from 6 down to 1 yesterday/ back at today

EQ had 6/still at 6 for now

So in roughly 46 days 5 inq. disappeared before R*

I'll just keep pulling and see what happens

Does R* happen with Eq if only using Ccmp?

R* only happens with TU.

Once inqs are gone from EQ, they don't come back.

I probably shouldn't share the specific answer publicly.

What I can say is that there are SPs that exist that were not purged that count towards B*. I happen to have accumulated enough of them so that my 56 are still full, save for a recent hard inquiry earlier in the month.

I'm dubious. Hopeful, but dubious.

Well, it's exactly what happened. It's been substantiated by a look at the TU BD.

Oh. Sorry about that. I missed the post. Can you link me?

I didn't post about - well, until now. I hypothesized why I maintained my single INQ while a lot of others were getting theirs R* and it turned out to be right after taking a look at my softs.

Definitely fortuitous, but I'll take it.

Key word "usually". :swoon:

Well, to be fair, TU could have decided to just open up the queue length and we may never see TU B* again...

...lol. Just funnin' you.

good point... time will tell...
When I first started to read about TU B I read a comment on the thread from a TU rep explaining what went down with R . The comment is somewhere in one of those threads . It was from 08 or 2010 . Edited by Refugee47

I went from 1 to 19 when I checked SC! I got the Barclays email saying my FICO had changed and it only dropped 10 pts to 721.

I guess all of this work really does not make a difference after all

I just don't like seeing all of those HP's

And you actually thought people B* for a score increase?
