Exactly!!! They combine rewards accts too. My DW has Venture One so we'll have $600 available very soon to extend a planned trip an extra couple of days. That's worth it to me!

It works like cash back. Just redeem your points against an eligible charge on your account. Like purchase eraser, statement credit, they all call it something slightly different.
