Nice. Why a salon?

 

I've been buying failing salons over the last 10 years. Never opened a flagship salon before. I'm kind of freaked out.

 

It's pretty easy to come into a failing situation, hatchet away the dead parts, and 'turn it around'...

 

 

I'm not a stylist, and I have no hair.

Seriously, thanks. I'm opening a new salon and with a strong credit score and the strong knowledge base I've been given here, life is so much easier.

 

Knowing who pulls what, and knowing what's on my reports exactly, has proven to be a huge confidence builder.

 

Having a decent score is also allowing me to look at much better retail locations. I was kind of turd-polishing before this year, now I'm finding landlords interested in renovating to fit my needs.

 

Good credit is an effing game-changer for me.

I showed Uber how to set up the oval charge on BDK's bedroom wall.

 

Set off the fireworks, tossed in another flash bang just to add insult to injury and we walked in the neat little hole I made.

 

BDK was blind, deaf, and had lost bowel and bladder retention functions...he was a little mess. It was hilarious.

Lots of salons in my area up for sale. I don't think it is a wise investment since most stylist rent their stations now. Your area must be better than mine.

 

Still looking for something to invest my dollars in.

I think women shouldn't cut their hair. Trim, yes. :wave:

 

If someone has a nice long neck it's okay to go short, but so few people have a nice long neck.
