American is missing your D/O/B I almost 100% guarantee it. Give them a call.

You're awesome! I just logged inot my AAdvantage account and sure enough they were missing my DOB and sex M/F. I updated the info, logged out just to make sure it updates etc., and logged back in and Vola!

Thanks again!

When I linked mine a few weeks ago there wasn't an option on American to update that info. I guess they got tired of taking the same call over and over again and fixed the site.

sorry for going back on topic :D but anyone have issues linking the two accounts even though the information is exactly the same? I'm having that problem right meow!

Still having difficulty linking these.

It prompts me to when I log into the US Airways account, but when I enter The AA Member number it says that it cant locate or something similar.

And I still have not received my US Air miles.

Try updating your AA profile. There is probably missing information that is hidden until you update.

Check everything one one account against the other.

DOB - address - phone number - email address - is you middle name/initial on one and not the other

This is their triple check to make sure people with common names don't get other people's miles.

I linked up today. Sooo DFW to Hononlulu is about 22.5k miles huh????

Yes, the MileSAAver fares from DFW to HNL are 22.5K Economy, 37.5 Business and 47.5 First.

That's a long flight. You should consider at least Business class.
