Hello,

I am just starting out. I have opted out and requested paper reports. I am waiting for them now. I will dispute all old addresses when they arrive.

I've read the whychat hippa method many times. I'm just wondering if it would be OK to dispute all 14 all at once or if I should break hem up?

Thank you!!

Hello, There is no limit to the number of disputes that can be filed according to the FCRA

Thank you. I just wasn't sure if my chances would be better if I didn't send in 7 pages of disputes all at once. The dispute letter I have found on here ( In the Whychat hippa section ) only has space for 2 disputes per page.

I thought it would look suspicious if I disputed everything on my report all at once.

I'm still waiting for my reports to show up, then I plan on getting my addresses removed (going to try anyway!), then I'll move on to the disputes. Just wanted to get that question taken care of before I started.

Thanks again! :)

There is also an initial dispute template for multiple dispute (5) spaces per page, with room to add more under it.

It would probably be recommended to do 7 on each page. Fill each page out entirely and submit them together.

Follow the guides:

http://www.whychat.5u.com/GUIDEBOOK.html

Use the NEWER form for disputing:

The previous method, yellow lined paper, handwritten etc. was engendering responses from the CRAs requesting ID as they were able to claim that the letters were illegible.
