Not sure what went wrong for me. Made the call, requested D*, rep was friendly and accommodating. Couldn't find my 1988 account, but did find my 1994 account (I was an AU on that one). She said that she could change MSD date to 94, I said OK.

 

Three days pass, and no update of the MSD online. I call back, and this time I get the only unfriendly Amex rep I've ever spoken to. He had no answers for me, and said to expect notice of "resolution" in the mail in 7-10 days, then pushed to end the call...almost rudely. Am I the only one who screwed this up? Oh well, 2014 it is.
