my people have a saying. "the hunting dog that is hell bent on getting lost ignores the sound of the whistle of the hunter". I don't know why so many of you are screaming yourself hoarse. At times, you just have to let people fall into the craters that others before him have fallen into even after you have warned him a billion times.

OP, just take a step back, breathe and listen. Read the passion in words of the posters. They have been there, done that, and don't wish for anyone to make the same mistake. As mentioned before, with bad credit, you are already paying to play. Break the vicious cycle, there is no easy way, however, if you listen read and allow these folks to help you, you will be just as passionate in helping others with your success. i started my journey a few months ago. That is a great choice, just incase you re think this when you get the card in the mail, they are known for holding your payments so they can burn you with late and over the limit fees. I remember sending in the check 2.5 weeks prior to the due date, and still got burned.

Anyway, great descion

Well see. This is why people say it is bad because they dont read the terms etc

It states that payments by checks will be held up to 21 days to clear and to make sure it doesnt bounce back after paid....

One could just pay by credit card/debt card over the phone and schedule the payment for the next day to avoid an express fee. available credit will be ready asap

I don't know why members are spoon-feeding you these answers. You are like an ADD child having a credit temper tantrum. Time to grow up. That more than anything will help get your credit score out of the 500s. Best of luck to you.

No one is spoon-feeding him, he has heard it from many of us already about this.

But the spirit of CB is to try and try again to help people. I think he realizes we only have so much patience for him.

We are all hoping it clicks for him pretty soon, but it might never. It took me awhile to catch on.

This was answered ad nauseum in one of your other threads.

The OP hasn't said a word since they first posted this thread.

I hope they come back to all of this happiness and that we didn't scare them off.

Yeah that dude probably is enjoying his/her "first premier " credit card already

On the side note anyone reading this post and wondering what/which card to rebuild with.. If you have awful credit. And can't be approved even by CrapOne..

There is this CC "OpenSky" decent or better apr than most CC, no credit check.. Helped rebuild my credit when I was on the 460s.

Has AF, no Grace period.. But hey... Don't spect prime treatment right now... Good luck to anyone.

Thanks to those who have offered constructive advice to the original poster.

Quit trying to gang up on him/her.

OP is trying to learn, which becomes very difficult, when being called, in essence, stupid.

OP is asking for help, not asking to be judged.

Let's get back to the spirit for which this board was intended.

It is refreshing for someone to stand up and say this. Thank you. I wish people would say this more often.
