1. Have 1st cousin's parents join.

 

2. Have 1st cousin's parent's siblings join(your parents).

 

3. You join through your parents.

I do not advocate joining through some loophole, but if you have extended military family and create the chain needed to access membership, you should by all means, be granted membership.

 

They have enough money for all of us.
