Yeah, Cap One is a beast sometimes but better for rebuilding than First Premier or Credit One.

I think it's probably safe using the luv button for a softie CLI. My concern would be someone calling C1, asking for a $10k increase and getting a goon on the other end that pulls a hard.

Just go the exec office route.
