That 30 or so second wait is so thrilling to find out if approved and what the CL is.

Don't help any more friends with app sprees.

I realize now that it's very dangerous...

You need to work on using the miles and points that you have. Do that instead of helping friends go on app sprees.

I agree... That vacation I had planned in December didn't work out... I want to go soon ... It's freezing up here in NY.

I live in between all the Great Lakes.

 

I have to admit though, summer's are beautiful. And I manage in the winter. I'm just complaining. B)

When they were originated, some of them.

 

Defaulted, no.

 

 

You may qualify for the NYS 5 Yr Purge Rule

I've been in the garden since November, with a brief exit to app for a second US Air. I'm BORED but I very much need some account age. I can't even ask for CLI's since I did it last month.

 

How are you guys staying pure? I'm trying to distract myself with travel rewards and learning the miles game...but I got an itchy finger.

I find no easy way to garden, to be honest.

 

Researching reward programs helps a lot, so I have been doing that.

 

But mind you, I was just approved a card this past week. So, I guess I am not qualified to be answering. :angel:

First US Air was in May 2014. Now it's closed and consolidated with the new one-12k limit total. I was considering apping for a 3rd but I can smell the denial from here!

 

I just need to wait at least a few more months-my utilization will be lower then. But it's sooooo boring. I'm going to help my husband with a Chase British Air recon tomorrow and read more Flyer Talk and Point Guy.

 

Where is HL? Could use some support ponies and emos. :)

There is such a thing as "Forced Gardening". When you've opened so many new accounts, they will not open anymore. No matter how good your score is. Some time, then becomes essential.

Yep, maximizing rewards is more important to me.

 

The more you can make your credif work for you, the better. It also makes you look for the best deals.

Let me give an example of forced gardening.

 

I would love to add a CSP right now, but since I didn't research well enough, and added cards I really didn't have a huge need for , I have a Marriott Rewards card that is holding me back from the one I really want.

 

So with a 779 TU Score, and a TU Pull, I am having difficulty in adding a card I want.

 

This is where my research comes in, or should've.
