Called Barclay & tried the apr reduction/SP CLI trick...no go:( Just did it in October...Willpower not to app now

 

Can I please borrow a spade or rake & can someone please show me how to use it???

Not to be rude but what kind of income are you talking about. ..homes get expensive quick. .furnace. .ac...water heater

 

USDA Direct loan. Found a potential property. Anything like water heater or furnace not estimated to last at least 5 yrs, they recommend replacing and can roll the cost into the loan. A/C is not an issue for me, I hate it and just use ceiling fans. Course the weather doesn't get super hot where I live either. A few nice shade trees and ceiling fans is all I need.

Day 2 since BBVA app and approval and 1 day since successful 2x cli with amex ed, don't know how long i can hold out, really would like the amex bcp, then of course I'd have to do the 2'fer with PRG. just breathe... right?
