When you need the credit and they don't want to give it to you it is an indication that you probably should not get it.

 

I can look back at denials of credit and see the sense of it in retrospect.

Seems like when i get approved for something i want to app for all the ones on my bycket list. Hard to make myself wait and space apps prudently as scores have been improving, but wait prudently i will unless Tampa Dude dares me

Not to be rude but what kind of income are you talking about. ..homes get expensive quick. .furnace. .ac...water heater

 

USDA Direct loan. Found a potential property. Anything like water heater or furnace not estimated to last at least 5 yrs, they recommend replacing and can roll the cost into the loan. A/C is not an issue for me, I hate it and just use ceiling fans. Course the weather doesn't get super hot where I live either. A few nice shade trees and ceiling fans is all I need.

Day 2 since BBVA app and approval and 1 day since successful 2x cli with amex ed, don't know how long i can hold out, really would like the amex bcp, then of course I'd have to do the 2'fer with PRG. just breathe... right?
