Just got off the phone (1-800-205-6247) with BOA rep somewhere in TX (maybe Dallas). I called, as I do every year, to get my AF removed from my account. It started out as a secured card and has since been graduated. I tried several times to permenantly remove the AF and I always was told that doesn't exist.

I called today and simply asked for this years AF to be refunded. The lady did it in about 5 seconds and then explained that she put in a request to permenantly remove the AF. I explained how thankful I was since nobody had ever offered that as an option before.

Today is a good day.

I thought it was easy to get the AF removed after the card graduated. I've never heard of anyone having issues that HUCA couldn't solve.

Nobody I have heard of has successfully accomplished that in the last year and a half.
