Who is trying to build credit? I am still really confused.

 

You start out by posting your "friends" scores and accounts, but you are the one trying to build credit for yourself.

 

What does your friend have to do with any of this?

Ok here's another scenario let's start with me I never had credit never needed it I thought up until last year...I'm 38 ...yea don't judge me... Sorry i was raise to believe if you can't buy it don't try it (charge it) so last night after reading link (which was quite informative and entertaining) and I decided hey let me try my file while I wait on my friend to figure out if she is ready to leap into the MATRIX

I have fairly new file

2500 discover it 6 mos

800 cap one secured 10 mos

Quizzle 706

Credit sesame 741

Credit karma 703

Discover it fico score 692 lack of installment loans and age of credit history reason for score

Credit uti 14%

No lates no baddies nothing other then previous residences on file I own my own home, cars and I have a 4 investment properties none of which will show on file of course

We initially asked about her file first ... She is a workaholic and her interest just isn't there like mine so I pulled mine .... You gotta read my friend you overlooked it....

They say the age of accts the oldest one is cap one which is only 10 months old... Lack of credit history

Just lay all the facts out there. There has to be something else you're not mentioning. My EQ FICO is higher with a bunch of major derogatories reporting.

What facts? I never applied for anything never went to college paid for Cdl training I never cleaned up credit never had to I NEVER APPLIED FOR CREDIT UNTIL LAST DEC....Im checking the site again now it's says

Short credit history

No recent non mortgage installment loans

Too many credit accts with balances

Not established a long revolving credit history

268 on cap one it was 92...so

It's 19% now maybe that's the reason it went over 15% nevertheless

Discover is due now it's balance rt now is 162 should update within next couple of days
