I started the process, have opted out, and have had my old addresses removed.

I sent the initial dispute letters and here are the results:

TransUnion; only showing one account Caprio Partners and it Deleted.

Equifax: 3 Accounts, Amerifinancial Deleted

Amerifinancial Deleted

Doctor's Business Bureau "We have verified that this item belongs to you. If you have additional questions about this item please contact Doctors Business Bureau.

Experian: 1 Account Caprio Partners. "We received a suspicious request regarding your personal credit information that we have deemed was not sent by you. This could be deemed as deceptive or fraudulent use of your information. We have not taken any action on this request. Any future requests made in this manner will not be processed and will not receive a response.

So, what should I do with Experian, and the account on Equifax?

Also, I am looking to get some 30 day late payments removed from my credit (US Bank and Chase) and are working on Goodwill letters. Would sending those impede the HIPPA process?

Thanks,

E

The only thing that will interfere with the HIPAA letter program would be if you sent any other kind of disputes to the CRAs.

As to Ex. They do this often to avoid violating the time limit for response.

The next step is for you to send the medical DV to the reporting CAs, one for Eq (Doctor's Business Bureau) and one for Ex (Caprio Partners):

and then send the follow up dispute to each CRA

On the one to Ex, include these paragraphs: insert after this:(If you are unable to verify and refuse to delete, I will be filing appropriate complaints against you with the CFPB for FCRA and FACTA violations, the OCR for HIPAA violations and appropriate State authorities.)

I am in receipt of your letter of x/x/2014 in which you stated "We have not taken any action on this request. Any future requests made in this manner will not be processed and will not receive a response"

Since I included a copy of my credit report in my dispute, your letter is a clear violation of the FCRA and FACTA ,and failing your immediate deletion of this unknown medical account will be included in my complaint to the CFPB.
