Maybe you can be added as "joint" after hitting max exposure? :dntknw:

Yes, I know this works already having done that with my DW.

Great! Thanks!!!

I just took one of their ore-selected offers and got $25k. That brings me to $75k now. I'll wait a little while and push for a $5k CLI.

Navy will combine also... So you could make a 75K pry bar out of that mix...

Except you have to have an annual fee if you go above $50K on a single card.

Holy cow! That's one helluva BF pry bar.

I'm allergic to AFs so I'll try for $50k. Even $50k is a very respectable pry bar.

I believe you can. ;)

How would that work?

If you have the maximum at $80k and your spouse also has $80k in their name, can you apply for an additional $80k as joint?

No, the statement was meaning you can each AU the other on your existing $80K cards, so each report has two $80K(s) one they one and one they AU on.

*Resurrecting this old thread

Does Navy's max exposure include personally guaranteed business cards and LOCs?

The 80K does not include the CLOC. You could have 80K on CCs and 15K on the CLOC. If your spouse had the same and you AUed each other, you could both theoretically have 190K in CLs reporting from NFCU.

That would be awesome to see.
