Does freezing ARS/IDA opt me out?

I temporarily froze my EX report recently and it automatically opted me out. I had to opt back in. If I freeze ARS/IDA, will that also automatically opt me out from everyone? I'm still rebuilding, so I want to receive offers / use pre-qual machines. I don't *need* to freeze ARS/IDA yet, so I can wait, but if it doesn't opt me out, I'd be happy to get them frozen ASAP. Thanks for your insight!

Hmmm -- can I tag a question on to this?

I signed my social security card when I was a kid -- long before my signature kind of morphed its way into the way it looks today. I'm going to send a copy of my driver's license for sure. I would *rather* send a copy of my SS card as my second form of ID since it doesn't contain any information that they don't already have on file. However, the signatures on my DL and SS card won't match. Is that going to cause a problem?

My signatures never match .. pretty much on purpose!

I don't think ARS/IDA will opt you out. I have no intentions on ever un-freezing them.

The process was easy. Everything took about a week with the both of them. (I mailed it)
