Hi guys. I would like to send a goowill letter to Nelnet for some lates I had in the past. Would anybody happen to have had success in the past, and/or would know who to send a letter or email to? Thanks in advance!

Why were you late in the first place? Do you have any documentation to prove that you weren't late (i.e. deferment, forbearance, proof of payment, etc.)

 

There is absolutely no guarantee that a goodwill letter will work unless you have substantiated documentation to prove that you were not late.
