So I was in TU online dispute looking at my report back on the 9th. Noticed they still had some crap addresses and phone numbers listed for me. They completed their investigation the next day, now when I log in it just directs me to my "results" from that previous dispute? Anyone know if there is a set time frame until you are able to get back into the dispute function again?

I do usually send my disputes via CM, but in this instance there has been some reported luck with getting older HSBC charge off's deleted by disputing as obsolete online at TU. Was hoping to do so, and unfortunately had just stumbled across that thread the day after I did the address/phone thing with them.

Oh, I see.

 

The address deletions are an important step before disputing TL's, so it's worth the wait.

 

TU will let you back in after 30 days.

 

I haven't read much on the HSBC obsolete thread. Any success on that with written or phone disputes so you can get the ball rolling?

I have never called a CRA, have always prefered to have my stuff in writing. I did fire off a CM letter to TU about the HSBC account being obsolete, figure i'll hit it again online when I get access again next month too.

 

I did online dispute for EQ for the same, came back as verified, but I have a feeling they didnt really do squat with it. Not sure if I have they energy to go the MOV route with them on it.

 

It seems like TU online has been the only thing working for others.
