Hmmm, up 57 points from last month to 780... and that's after my little mini app spree this week.. "You recently opened a new credit account."

myFICO alert shows me at 797 last night, down from 806 earlier in the week...

wife: -6 to 769.

added one new account, but went from 6 to 4 accounts with balances and went from 6 -> 7.5 years AAOA.

expected it to go up a good bit, not down.

I don't think EQ FICO likes new accounts. My score has been stagnant at 720 to 740 over the past several years despite the PR and 30d-lates falling off. Meanwhile, my TU and EX jumped to about 800.

DF went from 664 to 685. We currently have relatively high util (20%) due to home repairs/updates on the house we're about to buy from family, but it really hasn't changed significantly from last month to this month. But, we'll take the 21 point jump- paying off the balances and getting a few (hopeful) *d Amices seems like it might just push his new file over the 04' 740 (08' 760) range just in time for the mortgage app. :D
