Innovis...who uses them

I got a copy of my innovis report and it has lots of errors. It says under companies that requested my report both seen and unseen as being "0". So if no one pulls this CRA is it worth the time to dispute anything with them? Does their info spread around to other places that I might not want showing inaccurate data?

It gets pulled with mortgages.

 

There is a case to be made that it can be "ignored"

 

Innovis is "The 4th CRA," Capital One reports to them, and my understanding is that this IS different company than IES, but please correct me if I am wrong there.

Very few mortgage companies use Innovis, just like very few use full factuals.

 

Extra money, extra effort, their software is set up to pull 3, vendors for the pulls set up to pull 3, etc, etc.

I just received my free annual Innovis report last week. I have 1 derogatory account listed and am going to dispute as obsolete when the same account is deleted from EX, EQ and TU.

 

If any alternate CRA keeps imformation on you, I think it's good to know what they have and clean it up.

I'm seeing numerous addresses that are not mine. I'm just wondering if those verification things use innovis because these addresses have appeared on there even though they don't on the big 3... As far as Cap1, they might use sometimes but last time I applied it pulled EX

I applied for a secured CAP ONE. Pulled hard on all three, turned down. NOT feeling good about Cap One... I would just not do business with them after this because I am too pissed off...

Innovis also does NOT generate or provide any type of credit scoring.....

Wow I wish everyone pulled from Innovis! I just called to dispute the inaccurate items and was put right thru to a nice guy that sounded like he was from North Dakota. He said he'll delete all the errors and send me a fresh copy of my report. Try and get that level of customer service from those morons at EX EQ and TU...

I know that AES and First Premier report to them out of the baddies we are cleaning up.

my IDS report has over 30 tradelines.

 

but IDS is not used often for traditional underwriting, but it does sell products designed to catch people who have cleaned the big three...
