I have made several attempts to resolve this debt with Macys the original debt amount was $245.00 cant remember the year.. but the debt have been sold the a CA that does not report to the CRA. I sent a letter request a paid for deletion and they never responding, and sent a DV and they never responded. I am frustrated because I don't know what my next option is in order to exonerate negative TL from all three CRA.

If Macys has sold the debt to a CA you would need to be writing GW letters to Macys in an attempt to get them to remove the TL. A DV only goes to CAs/JDBs. If you have issue with the way an OC is reporting it you can dispute directly with them using a Sec 623 dispute.. Macys must also be reporting a 0 balance due if they sold the debt to a JDB.

Thank you for the insight! Ill send out a 623 dispute in the upcoming days.

You should dispute with CRA first and wait for the result. If that doesn't get the TL updated correctly or deleted then you would send out a 623 letter to the OC.
