Asked DCU for a CLI

So, I was brave and asked DCU for a CLI on my credit card, Knowing it would be a hard on EQ... Well, to my surprise, they hit TU as well, and TRIED to hit EX. When I was talking to the LO, It didn't dawn on me at the time that she mentioned my freeze on EX, and she also mentioned that I judgements in one place and not the other...

 

 

IN any case. moral of the story, DCU might pull all three.

They pulled EQ and tried for EX when I asked for and was declined a CLI in Feb. I declined to unfreeze EX.

Ahh.. sorry, Denied.. They want a YEAR of history with them on the CC before they consider a CLI or Auto Refi... heh

Got it. same here, only I didn't apply, was just told that on the phone before I even app'd. Someone here got a CLI after one month which seems like a one in a million shot.

sure, if you have issues on your report, a lot of places will want to pull more than one.

 

if you're clean, it's unlikely.

They are random it appears, whith what they do.

 

My report are not clean, my card was only 1 month old and I got a no HP CLI.

They are very random, especially if your reports are not clean.

 

At 12 months, they unsecured my secured CC and gave me a CLI from $500-->$1000.

 

At 18 months, I tried for a CLI and was denied. This is when they also wanted to pull EX.

 

My EQ FICO at the time my card unsecured was in the 620s. When I requested the other CLI, it was 670. My student loan baddies were the issue I'm sure.
