Well it sucks for him because I am sure this would be a business loan and not subject to the same laws that a personal loan would be subject to. What a dumb debt collector.

erm...pardon...what a dumb criminal.

What are the differences in the laws? As far as I can tell, businesses have more protection under the law than most people do.

He just committed plain fraud.
