I think if you don't get the companion ticket before the end of the year, you won't get it in 2015.

I app'd for this at the beginning of the month and got the denial letter a week later.

 

Called the Analyst/Recon number today and was approved for $ 2k.

The guy (Ed) was very nice and helpful.

Totally didn't expect to get $2k since my rewards card through them only has a $500 limit.
