I agree with Funkiehouse...got the card in February, mine had the 60k bonus, but with the required spending already up to 77k in total points so don't feel as bad.

I got the 40k out of 60 so far. I'm not sure if I'm going to worry about trying to get the other 20k because I am focusing all of my spending on two other cards over the next 4 months for heavy usage to get good CLIs. The HH card was just a bonus card for the backdate after I got the PRG (same pull). I got the BCE in nov 2013 but they backdated the PRG and the HHilton (which i just got in Feb 2014) to Feb 2013 so that was nice. I thought it they would only be backdated to nov 2013. Maybe that's normal, since I'm new to AMEX I'm not sure, but it's nice to already have 13 months of history reporting on them when I just got them.

I totally understand where you are coming from. I have to focus on PRG and the new Everyday Preferred for my spending to get the sign-up bonus points. I opened BCP in October and got backdate to '87, then Platinum MB Amex in November got the bonuses on those before the Hilton Honors Surpass. I knew I was pushing it with 5 cards in a short period of time but so far so good. I also like all of them dated '87 which looks strange on a credit report with only a month of history.

I didn't get lucky like you to get 2 cards in one pull. I am glad you got the other cards backdated though to help out on the history.
