I was able to successfully remove all 3 of the judgements off of TU. One of the Judgements is not mine so i knew that one would come off. EX shows two and EQ still shows 3.

I am currently disputing these items with EQ and EX. Is there a way to successfully rebuild my credit with judgements listed. They are scheduled to remain until at least 2016.

CC's I have

CAP 1 - $500 limit- Just applied and approved last week, should i ask for CLI with a TU score of 645?

CAP 1 Secured card $750 limit

Macy's - AUTH USER $1200

Denied credit by Barclays and GECRB

I havent paid them- If i pay with the courts wont that reset the judgement? or can i file a motion to vacate? they are in NJ, ive been doing research but honestly my head hurts lol

Partially paying a judgment doesn't help or hurt but it may flag you as a person of interest - financially. In many states judgments can be renewed and typically last longer than they will appear on your reports. If whoever has the judgment finds your credit improved enough they will com after you and collecting a judgment is easier than a debt pre-judgment. Just be very careful.

If you can afford to pay the judgment you might be able to negotiate having it vacated in return for full payment.

No. The courts have nothing to do with collecting a judgment. You don't pay the court for these kinds of judgments. You're just going to have to gird your loins (Been a long time since I've used that phrase) and contact them using whatever means you are most comfortable with. Trust me. They don't mind hearing from people that want to pay them.

So TU is clean?? Why not freeze EQ and EX and look through creditpulls for TU pullers that will accept your fico (when you get it)? It won't fix your judgement issues, but if you can get a few positive TLs going now, you'll be better off as far as AAOA once you do get that straightened out. I am still a newb here myself, so someone may say I am completely wrong, just my take on the situation...

I actually- unintentionally'- did this my reports are frozen as of 3/28 and I thought of doing what you're suggesting - I'm gonna give it 3 months with the new card and hopefully the disputes make the judgments fall off.. in the mean time I'm in no position to apply for new credit until I see my scores from these denial letters- TU FAKO is 650
