Did you send your loan holder proof of your in-school status?? You have to remember that you must maintain at least a half-time status to ensure your loans do not enter repayment. At any time did you drop to a less than half time status?? If so, then you are responsible for triggering the early repayment on your loan.

The problem I'm having is that the loan has transferred again- they are now with US DEPT OF EDUCATION SECURED AND UNSECUR E D LOANS- I've been enrolled since 2012 and 2013 shows a late period. I'm sending a letter to US tomorrow to try and track down the correct information. I just hate it's reporting this on all 3 bureau's .

I can do this tomorrow - the other crazy thing is my school- ITT still receives funds from them for my classes- definite clerical error that I have to track down

Did you ever drop to a less than half time status at ITT??

No been full time since i started but i checked the online profile this morning and it looks like when my account was transferred over, thats when the information improperly reported.

tlamb, are you me? I found this message board today to bring up the exact same thing. Showing 90 days late on like 7 of the loans which is of course killing my score. I have been a student non-stop for a few years now and will be continuing to do so through my masters.

I'm a bit peeved.
