I have the Cap 1 secured card. $49 got me a $200 credit line but you can add money and get more. $100 got me $251 total. $29 annual fee.

 

Are you sure you need it tho? Less than a month after I got it, I was able to get all the other cards listed in my signature.

 

I've read they will never unsecure this one so I'm already wanting to cancel it.
