Online App for Logix Was "Referred" for Membership - Security Question?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I was applying for membership into Logix Credit Union and I believe I answered one of the security questions incorrectly (that's then the application process abruptly stopped at least) - the current status shows "Referred".

Anyone know how that's typically handled by them?

I loved the question that fouled things up-

"What color is the car purchased in 2012" - Silver, Gray, Red, Blue - it apparently wanted gray but it's titled as silver so no idea.

Thanks!

I'm thinking if they don't call you then you should call them to finish verifying your identity. It should be no biggie.

Those questions are not always accurate or easy to figure out. I've seen one several times for myself asking about a previous street I lived on. There's the choice of "Constipated Woman." I have absolutely no idea where that came from, but that is the "correct answer" and I know now to pick it.

It's interesting they asked about car color. Cars can be painted. I could buy a new silver Acura and the next day take it to a paint shop and tell them I prefer pink will lime-green polka dots. No need to tell the DMV I did that, as far as I know.
