So it's been 30 days since I sent my disputes. TU responded immediately with a deletion. EQ and EX have not responded yet. What I'm wondering is - how long do I give after the end of the 30 days for them to actually get a response to me?

Are they required to respond? What do you do if they don't?

Was it a free report? If so, they have 45 days.

Paid, received by mail.

Its actually 30 business days not calendar days and then the law allows 5 days for mail to get to you. Yes they have to give you a response and for non compliance the CFPB is your friend.

Thanks for that clarification - I thought it was calendar days. I'll reset my counter, then!
