I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in June 2008. The bankruptcy was discharged March 2013. Experian has some of my my accounts listed as the following:

Account History:
Charge Off as of Sep 2012
Debt included in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on Mar 18, 2013

They have my account being eligible for fall off in 2019, which means that its been reaged as well. Ive disputed this info numerous of times. Is this info being reported correctly, or would I be able to prove violations of the FCRA AND Federal Bankruptcy violations.

Thanks,

Art

I disputed with both parties, the Creditor, and the CRAs. I disputed the date thst the accounts were placed in bsnkruptcy and the charge off status. I received a letter from tge creditors attorney stating that all further communications should come to them.

Experian has at least 8 different date fields on a data furnisher report version. Do you see all these date fields on a consumer version?

At any rate for that particular account, it had to have gone past due 180 days prior to charge off, and that date would start the clock for the date of first deliquency and that tradeline removal.

I guess Im looking at wrong report. I look at the report using the backdoor method., also prior to filing I wad never late on these accounts.

Thanks for replying Marvbear.

I did not mean to infer that you might be looking at a wrong report. It's just that I do not know how to read a consumer version of a credit file. If someone brought one in to me, so I could evaluate their credit in the car business, I'd have to throw up my hands!
