Credit.com and Credit Sesame stopped updating, why?

both have not given me an update since Oct 2013. I do not have a freeze or FA on any of the agencies. credit.com says report date Oct. 13, next available in 43 days.

 

Any ides why?

Credit Sesame still works for me but I forgot I even signed up with credit.com. So I just tried to log in and it said the information doesnt match up and there was an error in trying to access. Then I clicked on the 3 question verifier and it gave me a message saying I used all 3 attempts ( which I didnt even see the questions ) and to try again in 3 days. Screwy site is trippin on me lol

I placed a freeze on my Experian report last month, and I think because of that, credit sesame has not updated for this month.

Yeah I have heard that before but I don't have a freeze or a FA. I guess I could just email them and ask. I was just curious if anyone ever had a problem like this resolved.

Credit.com and Credit Sesame seems to log in fine and updated for Jan 2014 when I log in. Good luck.
