Negative info should drop at DOFD + 7 years.  Once the negatives drop the TL becomes a positive TL and continues to report for 10 years from DOLA.

Call again on Monday poprocksncoke.

 

I called EX last night, got 8 removed.

Score shot up to 663 from 647.

So I have gained 22 points this month.

 

From now on 1st workday of every month will be calling EX and TU for early deletion.

EQ is being a bear again so will let them drop off by themself.

I will not be using EQ until late next year when everything should be gone.

Called last night EX dropped 2 more including my last collection.

HUCA works.

Score dropped 35 points as I got rebucketed to having no collections.

Still have some charge offs, so as usual will call back on Oct 1st keep on pushing.

 

Calling TU on Tuesday to see if I can get 3 more removed.

 

EQ being a bear so leaving them alone for now.

Ok called TU and got 3 more deleted.

I now have 6 more baddies on TU.

2 more I will call to get deleted in Oct and 2 more in Nov.

The others have to wait until mar 2019 and june 2019 but they both have 0 balances.

Will unlock and check TU fico tomorrow.

 

Still have accounts with 30-60 day lates so won't be fully clean for awhile.

Hoping to get to 700 by Nov 2nd.

EQ finally deleted 3 more early after constantly HUCA.

Dropped them 2 months early.

They are a real pain to deal with, but I will continue to call every month.

 

Lost 8 points on EX due to some old positive accounts dropping.

Guess you have to take the good with the bad.

Nice job being persistent.  You've been on a roll.  How long before you're all clean?

So called EX tonight got 3 items removed that were slated to come off November 2018.

So from now on will call them 30 days prior to expected deletion.

 

TU I called to get 2 items deleted and surprisingly they didn't drop off in an hour.

I called back to check see if the CSR had messed up.

But the CSR couldn't find one 1 of the 2 I had asked to delete.

 

So I am guessing I will check tomorrow and hopefully both drop tonight or just 1.

If not I will call back on Friday the 5th to do another early delete request.

I had also put in a early deletion request last month on 5th, so that maybe an issue also.

Transunion will not allow me to dispute online - guessing too many recent disputes.  I called and tried to dispute two items that were due to drop in 3/2019.  Nothing happened, so I faxed a dispute.  Got result of that yesterday - one was dropped but the other (same creditor and dates btw) they updated the status to 120 days delinquent with zero balance.  Now we're in a new month I want to dispute as obsolete again.  What's the best way to do this, you think? I'm leaning toward calling, not disputing but telling them it's too old.  Then if I get nothing, HUCA?

Patiently waiting til the middle of october to call EQ and see about these Navients. All the other bureas have eliminated them this year. Ahhhhh almost a clean report. Just utilization left to get down!!!! Another grand down ill b in the 700 club woohoo

Well seems I am correct, called back and only 1 they can't find.

So later tonight I will call and close the dispute so that 1 item drops off.

I will call TU on Friday and see if I can get the other one to drop.

 

Called EQ and was able to get 1 out of 2 deleted.

 

Will try my hand and call EX tonight see if I can get items slated for Dec 2018 removed early.

I doubt it but nothing beats trying.

Just called and got 3 more deleted from EX.

The TU dispute is still out there.

 

I called a CSR and they couldn't cancel the dispute.

So either I wait until the dispute is closed on 10/31 or call back in the morning and see if I can get someone from the USA to cancel the dispute.

 

My other option is to mail in a dispute and that should cancel out the old dispute and get a new one started which should get the account I need deleted.

If my call tomorrow fails, I will mail in a dispute.

Looks like this worked.  First guy was all "7 years from first delinquency... blah blah" HUCA.  2nd guy same.  I asked could I talk to a supervisor, he said sure, if I'm not able to help you.  And then he opened a dispute.  I was irritated, as I was hoping to just have it dropped.  Today is 2 days later, and it's gone and CK Fako says up 13 points on TU.  Gotta wait till 15th to get real scores. 

 

TU is now mostly clean - I have 1 30 day late on a credit card and 5 30 day lates on a car loan.  All over 2 years old.

That leaves EQ with a collection and this old bad student loan (the one that just got dropped from TU) to still clean up.  I got a PFD in writing on the collection the other day, just waiting on that to update.  And EX is clean now other than those same 30 day lates.  If I can get those last couple things off EQ, this will be the best my reports have been in many many years.  It's so close I can taste it.
