I think the biggest reason to keep a healthy distance between "church and state" is to avoid giving the IRS any reason whatsoever to look any further than they are allowed too.


Not sure if tag applies to people d/b/a but should protect anyone that's incorporated in some way.

I was the person in the post, and the problem in my situation is that I didn't realize they would put the account on my personal credit if I was late,,,never realized that, which is why knowledge is important,,I didn't have it and 'burned myself'.

@andydallas so did the mark get removed from your personal and did things ever pan out were you could finally acquire the rental prop? enquiring minds want to know,lol. Fill us in on the good news :yes2:
